Beach Commerce
Center is 46,000 square foot warehouse/showroom project located within
EastPark, a 580-acre master-planned business park located at the
intersection of St. Johns Bluff Road and Beach Boulevard. This location
provides excellent access for the thousand of homes being constructed in
the Butler Development Corridor. Beach Commerce Center
is located on Beach Boulevard one-quarter mile east of St. John’s Bluff
Road at Central Parkway and one-eighth of a mile east of State Road 9A,
the beltway around Jacksonville.
Beach Commerce Center was
developed by Hallmark Partners, Inc. for EastGroup Properties, Inc. This project was completed
and fully occupied in 2001. The lead tenant in the facility is American Import
Lighting, occupying 12,000 square feet.
