The Citizens Building houses the new Jacksonville Service Office of Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, headquartered in Tallahassee, Florida. This single-story, 60,000 square-foot building is the latest build-to-suit development within the 95 Corporate Center Business Park. Construction of this project began in August of 2004 and the building was delivered to Citizens Property Insurance Corporation with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in April of 2005. With the recent relocation of Hallmark's headquarters to 95 Corporate Center, this development was overseen daily by our principals.
