Hallmark Partners has just announced plans for another Publix-anchored shopping center. Construction began in December of 2008. This 80,000 sq. ft. shopping center is strategically located in St. Johns County on SR16 equidistant between I-95 and US1. In addition to many homes already existing, over 6,000 additional housing units have been approved for construction. The center is a part of Mission Trace, a Planned Unit Development including 91 higher-end homes being developed by Rutenberg Homes. The three outparcels will likely include a gas/convenience, bank and restaurant.
