Reedy Branch Commons is a 76,000 square foot retail center located near the intersection of 9A (I-295) and Baymeadows Road in Jacksonville, Florida.  This strategic location is at the center of the dramatic growth currently underway in southeast Jacksonville.  Currently, the 9A corridor is experiencing a dramatic growth of office, retail, single-family and multi-family development.

Construction of Reedy Branch Commons was completed in early 2001.  Publix Supermarkets, in a new prototype store, features a pharmacy in addition to deli, floral and bakery departments as well as a banking facility.  Several tenants including restaurants, retailers and service businesses occupy the remaining 32,000 square feet of space.  There are two contiguous parcels to the center that were purchased by Wachovia Bank and Shell Oil, respectively. 

The shopping center was sold in 2001 to a real estate advisory fund.  It was 100% leased at the time of the sale.
