St. Johns Commons is located on County Road 210 one mile west of Interstate 95 in rapidly growing St. Johns county.  The area is home to three upscale golf communities including a new Arvida development immediately across from the shopping center.  There are currently 6,500 units approved in this expanding area with approximately 2,000 completed at this time.

The anchor tenant in the shopping center is a 45,000 square foot Winn-Dixie. There are two outparcels, one of which was purchased and developed by Amsouth Bank and the other was sold to Shell Oil.  Contiguous to the property there is a new 12,000 square foot CVS/pharmacy store.  The shopping Center opened in April of 2003. 

The shopping center was sold in 2003 to a major institutional investor.  It was 100% leased at the time of sale.  Hallmark Partners continues to serve as property manager and leasing agent.
